ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICIES

ONLINE: using our Secure Shopping Cart. Shipping charges are calculated by weight using the UPS shipping calculator or USPS Flat Rate & Priority Mail.

FAX: printable order form to us at 419-485-2897. Include payment information, phone/fax number, or e-mail address where confirmation should be sent.

MAIL: printable order form to R & D Natural Soaps, 13686 CO. RD. 6.75, Montpelier, OH 43543. Include payment information, phone / fax number or e-mail address where confirmation should be sent.

TOLL FREE: with printable order form, place order by calling 877-485-2897. Please state a Best Time to call to collect payment information.

PAYMENT/TERMS OF SALE: Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, Money order, or Cashiers check. Personal or business checks received will be held until payment clears the bank (approximately 10 business days). Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $20.00 non-sufficient fund fee. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

DECLINED PAYMENTS: If your payment has been declined, you will be notified by e-mail, phone, or fax. If we have not been provided with new payment information within 3 business days, the order will be reshelf and charged a 15% restocking fee.

SHIPPING POLICIES

SHIPPING METHODS: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate or UPS.

Shipping charges: are calculated by the shopping cart based upon weight. We do not require a minimum order. However, you may find that shipping charges tend to be high on very small orders. Orders are usually shipped within one to five business days after being received.  Shipping is charged at shipper's published rates. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 7 business days depending on where you are located. Express shipping is available but can be costly.

NOTIFICATION: Tracking number will be sent via e-mail when your order is shipped. If your order was placed online, the status of your shipment may be checked by logging in to www.rdnaturalsoap.com account.

TRACKING: On the day your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail with your tracking information. Orders shipped by UPS can be tracked at www.ups.com. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 7 business days.

ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES: Packages are sent to the "Ship To" address provided when the order is submitted. If the address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so the correction can be made before the package is shipped, since a $5.00 address correction fee is charged by the shipping carrier (UPS, etc.). If the carrier-corrected address is different than the "Ship To" information provided to us, the customer will be charged for the fee.

DAMAGES: Do not accept damaged packages from the carrier! All orders are carefully packaged and sealed. The carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. If a package arrives damaged, the receiving customer must file a claim with the carrier within 10 days. If you have accepted the delivery, be sure to keep ALL packaging materials and contents for inspection by the carrier.

RETURNS: Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 15 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. If items are returned because of defect or error, the items will be replaced or credited without incurring the restocking fee. Orders that are refused upon delivery by the customer, and returned by the carrier, will be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders cancelled after being packaged or shipped are subject to a $15 charge plus shipping.
